Founded over 20 years ago, this non-profit organization includes a large body of professional instructors, staff and volunteers to assist people with disabilities who want to participate in physically demanding sports such as skiing, kayaking and mountain biking.
The Challenge
The organization had been using a variety of business tools that were cobbled together, causing interruptions in communication, scheduling, and workflows. Staff and volunteers were becoming frustrated with the inability to coordinate in an efficient manner both within the organization, and externally with the organization’s clients.

The Solution
GreenLoop implemented a low-cost migration from individual Gmail accounts to a centralized corporate G Suite account. The move eliminated organizational confusions in communication, resulting in improved control over the organization’s data and smoother communication flows between staff, volunteers, and clientele.
We also analyzed their scheduling system and brought in a trusted vendor from our network to develop a custom reservation system at a competitive price. The new reservation system has streamlined their scheduling flow, giving them the ability to maintain and grow with ease so that they may achieve the organization’s mission.
