Security
GreenLoop implemented a Security Awareness Training program for all staff to prevent future data breaches resulting from user error.
Because our SAT program is ongoing, we were able to successfully train all current staff and continue to train new staff as part of the hiring process. Additionally, we were able to identify which staff are more vulnerable in order to determine who requires additional training.
This program resulted in an 80% reduction in users clicking on phishing and other online scams, thereby saving the company both time and money in avoided data breaches.
