HowTo: Get After-Hours Support

GreenLoop has an technician on-call outside of our regular business hours (Business Hours: 8-5 M-F excluding holidays).
You can request after-hours support by calling (888) 877-4395 and selecting the option for After-hours/Emergency support.
Note that we do not monitor end-user tickets opened any other way outside of business hours, including portal or email tickets.
Leave a detailed message (name, company, description of issue, best callback number) and our technician will return your call within 30 minutes. After remote diagnostics, a GreenLoop technician may be able to meet you onsite in order to resolve issues within our service areas.
Be aware there may be an additional fee for after-hours support, depending on your service level, and will require appropriate authorization to incur after-hours charges.
